I') establishes and discloses the personal information processing policy as follows in order to protect the personal information of the information subject and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly in accordance with Article 30 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」

Article 1 (Purpose of processing personal information)

The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 will be implemented.

1. Website membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming intention to join membership, identifying, and authenticating members according to the provision of membership service, maintaining and managing membership, preventing illegal use of services, confirming consent of the legal representative for the processing of personal information of children under the age of 14, giving various notices, and handling grievances.

2. Handling of civil complaints
Personal information is processed for the purpose of verifying the identity of the complainant, confirming the complaint, contacting/notifying for fact-finding, and notifying the processing result.

3. Provision of goods or services
Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing services, contents and customized service, verifying identity and age, and payment/settlement.

4. Use for marketing and advertising
Personal information is processed for the purpose of developing new services (products) and providing customized services, providing events and advertising information and providing opportunities to participate, providing services and advertisements according to demographic characteristics, verifying services, checking the access frequency or getting statistics on the service use of members, etc.

Article 2 (Processing and retention period of personal information)

① < Waynehills Ventures >processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or within the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.
② Each personal information processing and retention period is as follows.

Article 3 (Rights and duties of information subjects and legal representatives and method of exercising them)

① The information subject may exercise the right to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information at any time with respect to Waynehills Ventures.

② The exercise of the rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 may be done in writing, e-mail, fax, etc. in accordance with Article 41 Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 for Wayne Hills Ventures, and Waynehills Ventures will take action without delay.

③ The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 may be done through a legal representative of the information subject or an agent such as a person who has been delegated. In this case, a power of attorney in the form of Attachment No. 11 of the “Notice on How to Process Personal Information (No. 2020-7)” must be submitted.

④ The rights of the information subject may be restricted in accordance with Article 35 (4) and Article 37 (2) of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 regarding the request for viewing and processing of personal information.

⑤ Regarding the request for correction and deletion of personal information, it is not possible to request the deletion of personal information that is specified as the object to be collected under other laws and regulations.

⑥ When there is a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing according to the rights of the information subject, Waynehills Ventures shall check whether the person who made the request is itself or a legitimate agent.

Article 4 (Creating items of personal information to be processed)

Article 5 (Destruction of personal information)

① < Waynehills Ventures > destroys the personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the personal information retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

② In the event that personal information must be continuously preserved in accordance with other laws in spite of the expiration of the personal information retention period agreed upon by the information subject or the achievement of the purpose of processing, the personal information is transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different storage location.

<Waynehills Ventures>('Waynehills TTV A.I')installs a security program to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses, and periodically updates and checks the system, and installs the system in an area where access is restricted from outside and monitors and blocks technically/physically.

3. Encryption of personal information

The user's personal information and passwords are encrypted, stored and managed so that only the user can know, and separate security functions such as encrypting files and transmission data or using a file lock function are used for sensitive data.

4. Storage of access records and prevention of forgery

The records of access to the personal information processing system are kept and managed for at least one year. However, if personal information is added or unique identification information or sensitive information is processed for more than 50,000 information subjects, it is stored and managed for more than 2 years. In addition, a security function is used to prevent forgery, theft, or loss of access records.

5. Access restriction to personal information

Necessary measures are being taken to control access to personal information through granting, changing, and canceling access rights to the database system that processes personal information, and unauthorized access from the outside is controlled using an intrusion prevention system.

6. Use of locks for document security

Documents and auxiliary storage media containing personal information are stored in a safe place with a lock.

Article 7 (Matters regarding installation, operation and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices)

A person whose rights or interests have been infringed due to a disposition or omission taken by the head of a public institution with respect to a request made under Article 35 (Access to Personal Information), Article 36 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information), Article 37 (Suspension of Personal Information Processing, etc.) of 「Personal Information Protection Act」 may file an administrative appeal in accordance with the Administrative Appeals Act.

Article 11 (Change of privacy policy)

① This personal information processing policy will be applied from November 5, 2021.
